Shipping Methods & Shipping Time:

• Free shipping with Bulgarian Posts Priority Mail
  Usual shipping times are 10-15 days for the EU countries and 15-20 days for all others. But since these are the usual time frames, please allow up to 30 days in some cases. Insurance and tracking number are not available for orders shipped with Bulgarian Posts.
• DHL Express Worldwide
  Shipping times are 1-2 business days for EU and USA and 1-7 business days for the other parts of the world. To see the exact shipping times and charges for your country go to the "Checkout" page. All orders shipped with DHL are with free insurance and tracking number included.

Handcrafting & Shipping Preparations
Usually, after we confirm the payment of your order, your jewelries will be handcrafted, packaged and shipped out within 3 business days.

Using a P.O. Box as a Shipping Address
We encourage you to use a street address as your ship-to address. Couriers like DHL don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
