This Returns Policy took effect on May 1, 2009 and was last updated on July 2, 2009.

We want you to be happy with our jewelries. If the jewelry you have received from us is not what you want, or is in any way defective, then please return it to us within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund you the price you paid for that jewelry.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

We will give you a return authorization code, and detailed instructions on where and how to return your parcel.
   
2. Wrap up the item in the original shipping container. Please make sure all components that belong with the item are included. Missing components may result in no refund being issued. Shipping costs to return the item are your responsibility.
   
3. Include a copy of the original packing slip or receipt with the return. If do not have the original packing slip or receipt please tell us. If documentation is missing we will look up your order in our records and ask you to hand write a return slip to include with your return.
